Kit Provision
All of our technicians are provided with industry-standard DIT and Video equipment. This includes reference monitors, computers, RAIDs, and SSDs. Below is a selection of the standard hardware and software we work with.

Engineering
Digital Orchard technicians benefit from our skilled in-house team working with them to prepare their rigs for the road. From rig design, to custom fabrication, monitor calibration, PAT testing, service, maintenance, testing and kit storage.
Monitor Calibration
All of our reference monitors are calibrated to the correct colour space and gamma before they go on a job. This ensures that each monitor accurately displays colour and luminance so you can be assured that what you see on screen is correct.
PAT Testing
All of our electrical equipment is PAT tested regularly to guarantee its electrical safety. We also closely follow the "Electricity at Work Regulations (1989)" and the Provisions and Use of Work Regulations (1998) to ensure all of our equipment is well-maintained and in a safe condition.
Service and Maintenance
We regularly clean, test, and repair all of our equipment to ensure it’s all in working order, and to make sure we are replacing or repurposing items no longer suitable for onset use.
Custom Rig Design
All of our rigs are custom-designed for our technicians. We can also modify existing equipment or fabricate new equipment to allow our techs to get the best out of their setup. If you need a solution to a particular problem please contact us and we can advise you on the best option.
Kit Storage
Our technicians can store their kit securely on-site, allowing them to rest easy knowing their equipment is in safe hands. We also offer kit support and maintenance from our skilled in-house team.
